MARG & IIC:

MARG has retained International Infrastructure Consultants (IIC) for Management Advisory Services to strengthen Strategy, Structure and Processes within its EPC division.

With India’s infrastructure gap widening, it is inevitable for companies to successfully internalize appropriate strategy with most suitable structures and seamless operating policies, procedures and guidelines. With MARG focusing to strengthen its competencies in the EPC business in order to position its EPC business as a ‘best in class’, from the perspective of captive as well as third party services, IIC’s Management Advisory Services to MARG are intended to strengthen EPC competencies and position it strongly against the competition. This will enable MARG to achieve sustainable growth and fully capitalize on the opportunities that the infrastructure and construction industry is likely to offer in the near future.

International Infrastructure Consultants (IIC) is an independent consultancy firm providing advisory services in relation to organization development, organization re-design, strategic planning, project finance, Human Resource development, Corporate Training, Development and Program Management with primary focus on the EPC, Energy and Infrastructure Sectors.

MARG’s MoU with PYCSA:

MARG Limited has signed a MoU in November 2010 with PYCSA Infrastructures S.L., a Spanish company, which along with its other associates, is engaged in the business of engineering consulting, construction & management in desalination, water supply, water treatment, waste-water treatment, hydraulic resource and water quality, transport infrastructures, dam, canal, storm water drainage, low cost housing Prefab design and production, indoor and outdoor sports facilities and environment engineering sectors.

As part of the MoU, both the companies will collaborate with each other in jointly developing urban & rural infrastructure projects. Through this collaboration, both companies aim to explore opportunities in both domestic and overseas construction & port projects. The expertise of PYCSA in various infrastructure verticals is already proven. Through this association, MARG and PYSCA will apply as a Consortium for bids / tenders, for relevant public and private projects in water management, hydraulic resource and water quality, transport infrastructures, environment engineering and related sectors, both in India and overseas.

While MARG will provide business development, administrative, supervisory, financial and all other relevant support to the project, PYCSA would provide technical knowhow, technology inputs, relevant contacts and experts and any other relevant support to the project. MARG will also invite PYCSA for providing technical consultancy for its own projects in the water management domain.

MARG & LAGAN CONSTRUCTIONS

MARG Limited has signed a MoU with Ireland based construction major Lagan Construction. As part of the MoU, both the companies will collaborate with each other, to strengthen the development of Roads, Airports, Marine structures, Water & Sewage Treatment Plants in India. The MoU was signed in the presence of Richard Jones - International & Airports Director, Lagan Construction and GRK Reddy, Chairman & Managing Director, MARG Group.

Ireland based construction major Lagan Construction is engaged in the business across various sectors like Road, Airports, Water, Energy and Rail to strengthen MARG’s Presence across globe. Henceforth, MARG and LAGAN Construction will discuss potential co-operation for the joint undertaking for relevant public and private projects. Lagan will provide technical expertise for the same.
